This is one of only three 28” Magnolia Hanging Shade and Lamps created by renowned Arts and Crafts glass artist Brian McNally of Santa Barbara.

Brian McNally’s stained glass works have been published in Architectural Digest, The Los Angeles Times Magazine, Old House Interiors, Old House Journal, This Old House Magazine and has been seen on television shows This Old House and The Lynette Jennings Design Show. The artist earned his Master of Fine Arts Degree from The Rhode Island School of Design under renowned glass artist Dale Chihuly.

Purchased by current owner/architect Craig F. Threshie on 8/12/2000.

The artist noted that the most recent sale of one of these lamps was $6,000.
This lamp is now available for $1,750.

The lamp is a composition of Magnolia flowers and branches on a blue background,. Detailing and richness are expressed in glass as well as in the excellent craftsmanship of the entire piece.

The lamp is crafted from drapery glass flowers against a ring mottle/shaded glass background with copperfoil construction and copper plated detailing.

Lamp shade dimensions: 27 ¾” round x 13 ¾” tall.

The lamp includes a 27” weathered solid brass chain and matching 7” tall ceiling canopy, with approximately 10’ of lamp and copper grounding wire.
